Head Start Enrollment Open
We are excited to announce that we are now enrolling Early Head Start services in Duval, Jim Wells, Kleberg, San Patricio Counties.
If you have an infant (6 weeks to 18 months) or a toddler (18 months to 3 years of age), you can now enroll them in our Head Start Birth to Five Program. We are also currently accepting enrollment for Head Start children, ages 3-4 years old.

We assist families meet their immediate utility needs while providing longer term energy conservation education and assistance through our utility assistance and weatherization programs. CACOST also provides assistance to meet the housing and utility needs of veterans and their families.

ECI Project Niños serves children birth to three years with developmental delays. ECI supports families to help their children reach their potential through developmental services and other supportive services in their natural environment.
