CACOST thanks you, Superior HealthPlan! With assistance from Superior HealthPlan, CACOST purchased a vehicle for its Meals on Wheels program. CACOST’s Meals on Wheels program delivers nourishing meals to elderly and/or disabled seniors in the counties of Bee, Brooks, Jim Wells & San Patricio. Thanks to Superior HealthPlan, this vehicle will deliver an estimated 5,100+ meals per year to 22 homebound seniors in Beeville, TX.
