On July 1st, CACOST’s Community Services and Development staff (pictured above) was awarded a 5-year grant to continue their efforts to promote positive youth development and reduce the rates of teen pregnancy and STIs. The project, South Texas Teen Leadership & Develop (STTLD), will utilize evidence-based curricula to positively impact roughly 3,000 youth in the counties of Brooks, Duval, Jim Hogg & Jim Wells. STTLD is a $3,749,995 project.
